What DayDuet collects

DayDuet stores account information such as your email address, account identifier, display name if you add one or provide it through social sign-in, profile image if provided by social sign-in, activities and their checklists, time and quantity logs, day setup, progress state, notification preferences, and a device push token when you enable remote notifications.

How the data is used

This data is used to keep your account synced, plan your activities, track time and quantities, show progress, manage Pro access, deliver reminders you enable, and provide support.

Optional AI features

When you use AI setup, the description you submit is sent to OpenAI to suggest activity drafts. When you enable the daily check-in, activity names, targets, planned time, logged progress, and remaining availability are sent to OpenAI to generate notification text; activity notes are not sent. Daily check-ins are off by default and can be disabled in Settings.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. DayDuet stores subscription status so the app can unlock Pro features.

Service providers

DayDuet uses service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for account data, RevenueCat for purchase management, and OpenAI when you choose an AI feature. Remote notifications are delivered through Expo and the platform notification services: Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and Apple Push Notification service on iOS. DayDuet does not sell your personal data.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the app from Settings or follow the instructions on the Delete account page. Deleting your account removes DayDuet account data, but it does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
