Account deletion

Delete your DayDuet account.

You can delete your DayDuet account from inside the app or contact support if you cannot access your account.

Delete from the app

  1. Open DayDuet.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@dayduet.app from the email address connected to your DayDuet account and ask for account deletion.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes DayDuet account data including your profile, activities, time logs, day setup, and progress state. Some purchase records may remain with Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for billing and fraud prevention.

Subscriptions

Deleting your DayDuet account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google subscription settings.
